Very happy with my purchase, but now its time to suck it up and buy the big book. I think this "Clinical Manual" will be what I use to refer to on a day| |Several recent efforts have produced excellent textbooks in psychosomatic medicine. However, none of these has been useful as a handy and accessible guide for day-to-day management of medical patients with psychiatric presentations. Clinical Manual of Psychos
